Retail Customer Processing Time

Standard Processing Time: Within 2-3 Business Days: We attempt to ship all orders within 2 business days, but depending on volume, we sometimes ship orders in 3 business days.

We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. So, if you placed your order on Thursday, we usually will ship on Friday, but occasionally will not be able to ship out your order until Monday. This processing time does not include transit time which varies based on the shipping method you choose.

Customization Processing Times: If you choose a personalized order, this will usually add three business days to the entire order’s processing time. If you are ordering multiple items, we recommend placing a separate order for custom items so that the rest of your order is not delayed as well.

Expedited Shipping Policy

To give customers the best experience that is tailored to their individual needs, we offer expedited shipping from multiple carriers.  These expedited shipping options are available at checkout.  Estimated shipping times are provided based on information provided to us by each carrier.  Xowak is unable to guarantee these shipping estimates, as we are unable to affect the length of time a carrier takes to deliver your item.  Since the pandemic, most services provided by these carriers are no longer guaranteed as delays have become quite common.  This means we have no recourse and are unable to request a refund from the carrier based on an item being late.  As a result, we are unable to honor requests for refunds on shipping charges based on an order not arriving within the estimated time.  We recognize the disappointment created by a shipment being late due to a carrier delay.

International Shipping Custom Fees
There may be customs fees on International Orders that ship from our facility. Custom Fees may differ based on the content of the order and country of import.

Holidays and Transit Time Guarantees
Transit time does not include weekends or holidays.

Return Policy

For paddle orders placed on Xowak.com, we offer a 15-day hassle-free return/exchange policy.*

If you are within 30-days of when the paddle arrived at your door, please submit a claim through xowak.com/returns for a return authorization.

Warranty Duration: The duration of the warranty is for 30 days from date of purchase across all products and product categories. If a product has a specific warranty period that differs from the default, it will be mentioned in the products description.
